Jeremy Beckett is the President & Co-Founder, as well as the Director of Basketball at Total Skills. In these roles, Jeremy oversees the basketball programs and sports operations with a passionate commitment to cultivating the skills and talents of the athletes. His educational foundation was laid at Delaware Valley University, which he proudly calls his Alma Mater.

During Jeremy's playing career, he achieved several remarkable milestones that have left a permanent mark on his basketball journey. In 2013, he earned the prestigious title of All American, a testament to his dedication and performance on the court. Jeremy was also honored to be named the MAC Freedom Conference Player of the Year and received the MAC Freedom Conference MVP award. Jeremy's team secured the MAC Freedom Championships not once, but twice, in 2011 and 2013. Furthermore, he left his mark in the record books, ranking fifth all-time in scoring with 1,484 points, third all-time in rebounds with 967, and first all-time in blocked shots with an impressive 261.

In the summer of 2024, Jeremy was inducted into the Delaware Valley University's Hall of Fame. His impressive achievements include being a 2013 DIII News All-American and earning spots on the D3Hoops First Team, MAC Freedom First Team, and ECAC First Team. He was named the 2013 conference tournament Most Valuable Player and still holds the DVU single-game block record (9) and career block record (216). During his senior year, Jeremy finished second in Division III with 18 double-doubles.

After transitioning from Jeremy's playing career to coaching, he continued to make a meaningful impact on the basketball community. He served as an Assistant Coach at Delaware Valley for four years, contributing to the success of the team and passing on his knowledge to the next generation of players. As a coach, he was part of a MAC Freedom Conference Championship and had the privilege of coaching players ranging from second graders taking their first steps in the game to professional overseas players seeking to refine their skills. However, what truly fills him with pride is witnessing the growth and success of Total Skills Basketball. It's a privilege for Jeremy to share his basketball journey with the young athletes in the program, and he is excited about the bright future that lies ahead for Total Skills Basketball.

Bob Spratt, serving as the Head Coach of Chestnut Hill College's baseball program since its establishment in 2008, has consistently led the Griffins to competitive prominence in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) and regional rankings. Under his guidance, the team has secured three CACC Championships in the past seven seasons and maintained a strong presence in the CACC Championship Tournament, with an impressive track record of 34 All-CACC performers and five Daktronics All-East Region selections. Notably, Bob played a pivotal role in the professional development of several players. In addition to professionally developing several players, Spratt won his 400th game in his career, last season!

In recent years, Bob's leadership has resulted in national recognition, with the Griffins consistently receiving votes in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) DII East Region Poll and ranking 10th in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) DII East Region Poll. In the 2019 season, the team achieved its ninth consecutive appearance in the CACC Championship Tournament, attaining notable achievements such as tying for second place in the CACC South Division and setting a program record for CACC wins in a single season. The team also produced standout performers, including Eric Gilham and Ameir Uzzell, who earned All-East Region First Team honors. With a remarkable coaching career spanning multiple institutions and a commitment to player development, Coach Spratt continues to make a lasting impact on the world of baseball. 

Thomas Spratt is the Director of Baseball and Head Coach at Total Skills, where he leads the complete player development model for the organization. Known for his high-energy leadership, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the modern game, Coach Spratt has built a training environment that bridges advanced skill development with genuine player-coach connection.

Spratt specializes in developing athletes who not only play the game well, but think the game at a high level. His coaching approach blends cutting-edge player development systems, individualized training plans, and a strong focus on mindset and accountability. He has been instrumental in building the Total Skills reputation for preparing athletes to excel in travel baseball, high-school competition, and the collegiate recruiting environment.

As Director of Baseball, Spratt oversees:

        - On-field and off-field player development systems

        - Hitting & defensive curriculum for all teams

        - Staff training and coaching progression

        - Player evaluations and advancement pathways

        - College communication support and long-term athletic planning

Spratt is driven by a passion for helping athletes recognize their full potential — not just as baseball players, but as young men. He believes in high standards, strong communication, and purpose-driven work, holding athletes accountable while supporting them every step of the way.

Under his leadership, Total Skills continues to expand as a competitive and culture-strong baseball program built on development, respect for the game, and opportunities for advancement at all levels of play.

With over 20 years of experience, Coach Dave is a trusted expert in athlete development. He holds a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition from West Chester University. He began his career as a Strength and Conditioning intern at La Salle University, working with Division I athletes.

Since then, Dave has coached at private sports performance facilities, served as a Health and Physical education teacher, and trained athletes of all ages in both individual and team settings.
